The Redeemed Christian Church of God was born in 1952 as the LORD established a convenant with Pa Josiah Akindayomi.

In the vision he saw God says that his church would go to the ends of the earth an when the Lord Jesus Christ appeared in glory and majesty, He would meet the church .

Sometimes in the 70s God spoked to Pa Akindayomi about his successor.

When this young man, a university lecturer joined the church in 1973 Pa Akindayomi was able to recognize him in th spirit as the LORD had spoken.

Pastor Adeboye´s appointment was pronounced by the reading of Pa Akindayomi´s sealed after he went to the Lord.

Today God is still doing marvelous deeds through The Redeemed Christian Church of God.

Since 1981 the number of parishes is growing over 170 countries under the leadership of Pastor E.A. Adeboye the General Overseer of The Redeemed Christian Church of God.

A Spirit filled fervent man of God, who devote his life for the gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ and relationship with God.
